Community Residential Rehabilitation Services

Community Residential Rehabilitation Services provides transitional housing to adults in recovery from serious mental illness. Housing options are provided in a supportive house or apartment with the ultimate goal of transitioning people to live more independently. Supports are available 24 hours a day if needed. Participants choose their recovery goals and support services are provided to help both men and women. Support services are available in the following areas:

  • Development of self-care and housekeeping skills
  • Healthcare assistance including medication management
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Mobility
  • Money management skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Vocational & educational pursuits
  • Leisure activities
  • Time management
  • Community participation
