Community Residential Rehabilitation Services

Community Residential Rehabilitation Services provides transitional housing to adults in recovery from serious mental illness. Services are provided with the goal of transitioning people to live more independently. Supports are available 24 hours a day.  Residents choose their recovery goals and support services in the following areas:

• Development of self-care and housekeeping skills
• Healthcare assistance including medication management
• Nutritional counseling
• Mobility
• Money management skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Vocational & educational pursuits
• Leisure activities
• Time management
• Community participation
