Intellectual & Developmental Disability Services

Residential Services are provided in a variety of physical locations with a focus on individual preferences and support needs of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. An outcomes model is used to support individuals to attain their maximum potential. Led by a Certified Developmental Disabilities Registered Nurse (CDDN), our Medical Support Team provides an additional layer of support to individuals in these programs. Assistance is provided to navigate the health care delivery system including scheduling, billing, and 24/7 staff support.
