Community Homes

Threshold provides residential services to persons with intellectual disabilities in a variety of rural, suburban, and city settings in houses for 1-4 individual(s). Staff support varies from sixteen to twenty-four hours daily based on the needs of individual residents.

Services are given in the areas of:

• Training in daily living skills
• Healthcare oversight and medication administration
• Financial management
• Recreation
• Interpersonal skill development
• Community integration
