Tom was named President/CEO in July of 2015. Prior to assuming the position of President, he was Vice President of Program Operations and has held various other management and supervisory positions in his over 40 years of service at Threshold.

Tom obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from King’s College and a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from St. Joseph’s University.

Tom has served as Chair of the Board of UniqueSource (formerly PIBH, Pennsylvania Industries for the Blind and Handicapped, was President of the Shillington Rotary Club, and currently serves as a member of the Berks County Suicide Prevention Task Force.
