Tommy serves as the Vice President of Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Services where he is responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising Threshold residential, vocational training, and job placement programs. Possessing a wide range of leadership skills, he oversees the development, management, and evaluation to ensure that the programmatic and financial objectives are met. His success in the business is built on his desire to ensure the individuals we support are provided with the necessary resources. 

Tommy began his career at Threshold in June 2024. He has over 25 years of experience in the IDD field managing and administering various programs. Tommy graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Rehabilitative Sciences/Developmental Disabilities. He then advanced his education by earning his MBA in Nonprofit Leadership from Brenau University in 2021.
