Nancy is a Certified Developmental Disabilities Nurse (CDDN) with 18 years of experience in the field of IDD medical case management. She holds a B.S. in Nursing and is a member of the Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Nurses Network (PADDNN) as well as the international Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association (DDNA). Her other roles at Threshold include overseeing Risk and Incident Management teams and working with Certified Investigators to ensure the quality of investigations.

Her Medical Support Team functions as liaisons between the individuals supported, residential staff, and community health care providers, to manage acute and chronic illnesses, promote disease prevention, and support the maintenance of health and well-being of the individual.
