As Facilities Manager, John oversees Threshold’s entire complement of commercial, program, and residential properties in Berks and Lebanon Counties as well as managing the organization’s truck and passenger vehicle fleet operations.

In addition to managing all employees in the maintenance department, he is also responsible for oversight of all vendors and sub-contractors assisting in the maintenance and repair of all facilities.

Prior to his employment at Threshold, John worked in various trades at the Caloric Corporation, the Reading Water Authority and as supervisor of the maintenance department at The Highlands at Wyomissing.
