Prior to coming to Threshold, Heidi has worked in direct support with IDD clients and has also worked as a mental health caseworker. She began her Threshold career serving as a front-line supervisor in the mental health department. After transitioning to Human Resources, she continued her service to the organization and was ultimately promoted to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer. She has held this role for eight years and has served Threshold in total for the past twenty-five years. Heidi holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University and several prestigious certifications in Human Resources.

As Threshold’s second Chief Operating Officer, she oversees the efforts of the IT and HR departments. She works closely with the senior leadership team to improve Threshold's communications, resource allocation, and service delivery. She also works to ensure the execution of Threshold's strategic plan
