Established in 1992, Berks Personnel Network (BPN) is the division of Threshold which provides comprehensive community-based employment services. The array of services includes vocational counseling, assessments, job development and placement, on-the-job training, service coordination, follow-up and job retention supports. Based on personal need, people may receive any or all of the services.
