Berks Personnel Network contracts with the Pennsylvania Industries for the Blind and Handicapped, to operate and manage the Photo Licensing Training Program in Reading, Lebanon, Schuylkill Haven, Lehigh Valley, Norristown, Pottstown and Dublin Centers. An extensive training program is provided for individuals to become Photo License Technicians, and work in this very customer service oriented program.
