The ACCESS Partial Hospital Program provides creative, therapeutic services and
supports, which empower and enable people with mental health challenges to increase
their personal, social, and economic self-sufficiency. Treatment modalities include
group therapy and medication management with a psychiatrist and psychiatric nurse.
Individualized, outcomes-based approaches are utilized in a supportive, therapeutic
environment. The ACCESS program coordinates services with case management, residential
providers and others as requested by each person.
ACCESS serves as an opportunity for people who have been hospitalized to re-enter
and adjust to community living, and also serves as an alternative to hospitalization
for people experiencing a crisis.
