Family Living services match people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to host homes. Caring people and families provide the love and support needed for people to experience family life and new relationships. Threshold's Family Living Coordinators work closely with host families to help create and realize positive and rewarding environments within a community setting.

Each person is supported by families based on their individual needs. Threshold matches individuals and families based on personal preferences. Family Living providers receive on-going training. Medical support personnel assist people with medical appointments and hospitalizations. Medical personnel from Threshold also closely monitor each person's healthcare concerns.
