Residential Program Assistant
Full Time
The Residential Program Assistant is responsible for assisting individuals in acquiring skills of daily living, independent living and social interaction in their residence and their community to become an integrated member of the community.  Daily job requirements will involve, but not be limited to, preparing healthy meals, administering medication, assisting with bathing and hygiene, monitoring expenses, and maintaining a clean and safe home. 

Requirements:  experience working with individuals with disabilities, valid PA driver's license and vehicle, high school diploma or GED. 

Typical shifts are Monday - Friday 4 p.m. - midnight,
 midnight - 8 a.m. or 7 on/7 off.

Residential Activity Aide
Part Time
The Residential Activity Aide is responsible for assisting individuals in acquiring skills of daily living, independent living and social interaction in their residence and their community to become an integrated member of the community.  The main job function is to support the Program Assistant in allowing individuals to have 1:1 time within the community but also be responsible for the same daily requirements as the Program Assistant.  

Requirements:  experience preferred, valid PA driver's license and vehicle, high school diploma or GED. 

Typical shifts are weekend days, afternoons or overnights.

Director of Community Support Services
Senior Management position overseeing community support services for individuals with intellectual disabilities in a variety of community living settings.  Responsibilities include development and management of personal outcomes-based services and supports, quality assurance, budget management, regulatory compliance, team building and personnel management. 

Ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a related field with demonstrated experience in planning, administration, and implementation of community-based support services.

Community Supports Manager
We are searching for energetic, team-oriented, professionals to join our management team.  Responsiblities include supervision of direct support employees and coordination of three to four residential programs within our Community Supports division.  Additional responsibilites include risk management, ensuring the health/safety/welfare of individuals we support and compliance with state mandated regulations.  Qualified candidates will possess at a  mininum Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field, Master's preferred, a minimum of two years managerial/supervisory experience, and a minimum of two years experience working directly with people with intellectual disabilites.

LifeSharing Providers Needed
Currently seeking LifeSharing Providers for the Community Support Services program on both a temporary (respite) and full-time basis.  Individuals with intellectual disabilities would reside in your home where you would provide room and board and assistance with daily living skills, social integration, and helping each individual achieve their own personal outcomes.  The individuals attend various day programs on weekdays.  Potential candidates must have experience in supporting persons with intellectual disabilities.  Payment to LifeSharing providers is considered a reimbursement of expenses.  For additional information, please contact the LifeSharing Program at Threshold at 610-777-7691

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker
The Mosaic House, Threshold's clubhouse which mirrors a nationally recognized model seeks a candidate that possesses the experience and/or work history in the mental/behavioral health field.  Responsibilities include coordinating and developing projects to increase member involvement, developing work opportunities for members, support and advocacy for members as well as developing leadership opportunities to assist members with self-empowerment.  This position requires a bachelor's degree, CPRP certification a plus.  Experience with job development/job training preferred, food service experience a plus.


Minimum requirement for all positions is a High School Diploma or GED.
