Each Year Threshold celebrates abilities with the Annual Awards Gala honoring those community partners who have shown the greatest commitment to providing opportunities to the people Threshold supports.  This event also recognizes those within the organization who have achieved personal outcomes and shown excellence in service.  The crowd at the Sheraton Reading Hotel was also treated to an excellent show by John Bressler, a great overall entertainer!

This year twelve businesses and individuals received awards for their commitment to Threshold from the community.  Nine individuals received awards for achievement of their own personal outcomes and nine Threshold employees were recognized for their Excellence in Service, one of which was Bill Russo, Photo Center Manager, who received the President's Award for his professional performance.

Twenty eight other employees received their years of service awards for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of employment with Threshold.  Congratulations to all those recognized at this year's event!
